Only the nighttime show is included in the reserved viewing area option⁽²⁾. A pre-show may be scheduled for your visit date in addition to your chosen show, which you may also enjoy from the reserved viewing area. If the pre-show is cancelled on the day, you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation for your reserved viewing area purchase.

With reserved viewing area, you can enjoy one of our nighttime shows or our parade from a dedicated zone at the selected date and time, unless it is impossible for your chosen show or the parade to take place. This paid option is limited in quantity and subject to availability.

We recommend you arrive at the access point⁽⁴⁾ at the time indicated on your confirmation letter*.

Present your QR code at the access point entrance and get ready to enjoy the view!

*Access to the zone will close 10 minutes before the indicated start time⁽⁵⁾, after which time it will no longer be possible to enter the reserved viewing area and you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.

Is it possible to see the parade and the nighttime shows without purchasing the reserved viewing area option?

Yes, Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade! and our nighttime shows are included with a valid entry for the Disney Park where the show or parade takes place. However, these experiences are very popular and you may need to arrive early to ensure a good view.

Will Disney Cascade of Lights be free of charge?

Yes, like all shows at Disneyland Paris, Disney Cascade of Lights will be included in the price of a valid Disney Parks ticket or Pass for Disney Adventure World. Please make sure to arrive early.

Can I cancel my reserved viewing area purchase?

The conditions for the cancellation and modification of a reserved viewing area purchase depend on where you made your reserved viewing area purchase and your arrival date. Click here to see if you are eligible to cancel your reserved viewing area purchase. Please note: it is not possible to cancel over the phone. If there is a pre-show scheduled for your visit date in addition to your chosen nighttime show, you can also enjoy it from your reserved viewing area. This pre-show may be cancelled for whatever reason, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation for your reserved viewing area purchase.

Can I pass my reserved viewing area access to another Guest?

Each reserved viewing area ticket is for a single named Guest only and therefore cannot be transferred to someone else.

Do I also need to purchase the reserved viewing area option for my children for them to join me in the dedicated zone?

This option is proposed at the same price for all Guests (adults and children aged 3-11 years). Free for children under 3 on the date of your visit.

How do I find the access point to the reserved viewing area?

You can find the exact locations of all three reserved viewing area access points on the map in the official Disneyland Paris Mobile App. For Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade!, access to the reserved viewing area is situated in Disneyland Park, near Le Passage Enchanté d'Aladdin, accessible from Adventureland. For the nighttime show Disney Tales of Magic in Disneyland Park, the reserved viewing area is situated by the entrance to Frontierland. For the nighttime show Disney Cascade of Lights in Disney Adventure World, the reserved viewing area is located on a terrace below The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge.

What time do the parade and nighttime shows start?

You can check the start times for Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade! and our nighttime shows on the Disneyland Paris Mobile App. The start time of Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade! will be communicated at the time of booking. The start times of our nighttime shows will be available in the Disneyland Paris Mobile App 30 days before the show date.

(1) Excluding Special Events (2) With reserved viewing area, you can enjoy one of our nighttime shows or our parade from a dedicated zone at the selected date and time, unless it is impossible for your chosen show or the parade to take place. This paid option is limited in quantity and subject to availability. In unforeseen circumstances, such as poor weather conditions or technical issues, our shows and parade may be modified or cancelled without prior notice. (3) Please note that show and parade schedules include regular breaks throughout the year, therefore some shows and parades may not be available for your chosen visit date. (4) Access to the reserved viewing area for Mickey's Dazzling Christmas Parade! is situated in Disneyland Park, near Le Passage Enchanté d'Aladdin, accessible from Adventureland. Access to the reserved viewing area for the nighttime show Disney Tales of Magic is situated in Disneyland Park by the entrance to Frontierland. For our nighttime show Disney Cascade of Lights in Disney Adventure World, the reserved viewing area is located on a terrace below The Regal View Restaurant & Lounge. You can find the exact locations of the access points on the map in the Disneyland Paris Mobile App. (5) You can check the show time for your specific visit date via the Disneyland Paris Mobile App up to 30 days before. (6) With guaranteed access, you can attend the show at the selected date and time, unless the performance of the show is impossible or if you arrive after the start of the show. Guaranteed access is limited in quantity and subject to availability.
