Please note: the Click & Collect pick-up time slots available on the app are for the same day only (there are no pick-up time slots for Casa de Coco restaurant). Make sure you have a valid entry for the Disney Park where the restaurant is located.

How does it work?

1. Open the app and choose your restaurant in the Food > Click & Collect section.

2. Select a pick-up time slot* for the same day, choose your food and drinks, and pay for your order.

3. Go to the restaurant during your pick-up time slot* and click on the link in your confirmation e-mail.

4. Pick up your freshly prepared order. On the spot or to go, enjoy a Disneylicious moment...Bon appétit!

*There are no pick-up times for Casa de Coco restaurant, simply click the link in your confirmation e-mail when you are ready to pick your order up!

How do I pay for my order?

Once you've made your selection, you must then pay directly on the mobile app. All you have to do is pick up your food and drinks at the dedicated counter of the restaurant.

What are the accepted payment methods?

The following payment methods are accepted: Maestro, Mastercard, CB, Visa et American Express.

Where do I pick up my order?

When you arrive at the restaurant, head to the 'Mobile Order Pickup' counter. Remember to click on the link in your confirmation e-mail to start your order in the kitchen.

I have a Meal Plan. Can I use my meal vouchers with this service?

Mobile Order meals are not available for Meal Plans. If you wish to use a meal voucher, please place your order directly at the restaurant.

Do Annual Pass or Disneyland Pass discounts apply to this service?

Absolutely! Enter the code corresponding to your type of Pass when placing your order and benefit from your discount directly. Please be ready to show your Pass when you pick up your order.
