With Characters
A Disney PhotoPass photographer captures your Encounter with one of the Disney, Pixar, Star Wars™, or MARVEL Characters in the Disney Parks and Hotels, then adds your photos to your card⁽¹⁾.
Marvel Avengers Campus
Capture your Heroic Encounter at the Hero Training Center with a 180° multi-frame photo, then retrieve it at the Disney PhotoPass self-service kiosk.
Magic Shots
Have your photo taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers located throughout the Disney Parks and add Magic Shot effects, including Disney Characters that appear magically alongside you or special edition frames.
View and purchase your photos in our boutiques

Can I buy printed versions of my photos in the Disney Parks?
Yes, if you have purchased Disney PhotoPass™+, you can even enjoy a preferential rate when purchasing your prints.
I purchased Disney PhotoPass™+ with my Hotel + Tickets booking. Where do I pick it up on the day?
First you'll need to pick up your Disney PhotoPass™+ exchange voucher at the Disney Hotel or partner hotel reception desk where you are staying, then take it to one of our boutiques to pick up your Disney PhotoPass+. See boutiques
If I buy a Disneyland Pass Silver or Gold, is Disney PhotoPass™+ included?
If you have a Disneyland Pass Gold, Disney PhotoPass™+ is included as one of your benefits, valid for 1 year instead of the usual 10 days. If you have a Disneyland Pass Silver, you can purchase Disney PhotoPass+ for a reduced price (-10%), valid for 1 year instead of the usual 10 days. You can pick up or purchase your Disney PhotoPass+ upon presentation of a valid Disneyland Pass Gold or Silver in one of our boutiques. See boutiques The Annual Disney PhotoPass+ must be replaced upon renewal of the Disneyland Pass.
Is there a Disney PhotoPass™+ that is valid for an entire year?
Disney PhotoPass™+ is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase (or from collection in one of our boutiques, if purchased in advance). Only Disneyland Pass Gold and Silver holders can benefit from a Disney PhotoPass+ that is valid for 1 year.

A Disney PhotoPass™ photographer took a photo of me. How can I get my photo?
During your Character Encounter, the Disney PhotoPass photographer will give you a temporary Disney PhotoPass card, which can be used throughout your stay. Go to a boutique (see boutiques) to view the photos linked to your temporary card and purchase a printed or digital version of your photos. If you would like to take home a digital version all of the photos captured of you by the Disney PhotoPass™ service during your visit, you can purchase Disney PhotoPass™+ in the boutique or on the site disneyphotopass.eu and transfer your photos onto your Disney PhotoPass+.
How can I view and/or purchase my photos online?
Log in to www.disneyphotopass.eu with the 16-character code located on the back of your Disney PhotoPass™+, to view, edit (effects, frames, etc.) and download your photos with our Official Supplier Kodak Moments.
How can I print my photos?
Go to one of our boutiques (see boutiques) to view the photos on your temporary PhotoPass card or your Disney PhotoPass™+ and print the photos of your choice. Alternatively, you can log into your Disney PhotoPass account (www.disneyphotopass.eu), enter the code indicated on your Disney PhotoPass card, then select the photos you wish you download and print.
