When upcycling rhymes with magic
In 2022, the tarp that covered the Sleeping Beauty Castle during its renovation project was "upcycled", i.e. recycled into products of superior quality and appearance, in collaboration with company Bilum from the Paris area. The result? More than 2,000 bags and clutch bags, entirely handmade and absolutely unique! An innovative and creative way of recycling our waste!

How do I exhange or return an item I bought in a Disney boutique?
If you wish to contact our after-sales service following the purchase of a product in one of our stores (excluding PhotoPass products), you can contact us via our dedicated online form. I have a Disneyland Paris Gift Card. Can I use it in all of the boutiques in the Disney Parks, Disney Hotels, or Disney Village?
The Disneyland Paris Gift Card must first be activated, and may then be used in the boutiques, restaurants and Guest storage in the Disney Parks, the boutiques, restaurants and bars operated by Disneyland Paris at Disney Village, as well as in the boutiques, restaurants / bars and concierge services of the Disney Hotels, with the exception of the sales outlets listed below. You can check the credit balance on your card in any Disney store. The Disneyland Paris Gift Card is valid for a defined period from the date of activation. It is not possible to add credit to your Gift Card and the balance credited on the card cannot be refunded. In the event of loss, theft or damage, the card cannot be replaced or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be resold. Exclusions: Earl of Sandwich, Starbucks Coffee, Rainforest Café, McDonald’s, Vapiano, Five Guys, The Lego Store, Marina Del Rey, PanoraMagique, arcade games, Cinéma Gaumont and all carts, chalets and points of sale 'Glass sculpting' (Glass Fantaisies, Crystal Arts, Merlin l’Enchanteur) This list is subject to change.
Are the Disney boutiques accessible for Guests with reduced mobility?
All Disneyland Paris boutiques are accessible for Guests using a wheelchair, guide dog, or service dog and most are equipped with magnetic induction loop checkouts as well as handsets for the deaf and hard of hearing. Please ask a Cast Member for help if you can't reach any of our items, or to find out which boutiques have accessible fitting rooms.
How does the Shopping Service presented by Visa work?
Save time with your shopping! When you spend €50 or more in our boutiques before 2:30 PM, you can leave your purchases with us and pick them up later, either at the boutique in your Disney Hotel or at Disney Style in Disney Village, before the Disney Parks and Disney Village boutiques close. A complimentary reusable bag will be provided to each service user. This service is available in all of the Disney Hotels. Did you know? With a Visa Premier, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, Visa Gold or Visa Signature card, there's no minimum to use this service! Ask in-store for details.
