No, Disney Park tickets for Guests with disabilities do not require prior registration on our dedicated platform. I have a Disneyland Pass for Guests with disabilities. Do I need to register my visit date in advance? If you have a disability and are in possession of an Annual Pass or a Disneyland Pass, you must register your visit date in advance to enter the Disney Parks. Can I book a Disney Hotel + Park Ticket package at a special rate? No, reduced-price entry is currently only offered for Disney Park tickets and Disneyland Pass purchases. How are prices determined? Our Dated ticket prices are subject to variation and may change for the same visit date based on factors such as seasonality and demand. Why are some tickets no longer available for purchase? Once the maximum capacity of the Disney Parks is reached for a particular visit date, it is no longer possible to purchase dated tickets for that date. The maximum capacity is based on the number of visitors that the Disney Parks can accommodate under satisfactory conditions, taking into account in particular the number of available attractions and the opening times for the visit date in question to ensure that all our Guests enjoy the best possible experience in the Disney Parks. Certain special-rate tickets (such as Travel Industry Professional tickets) may become unavailable (for purchase) before the Disney Parks reach their maximum capacity.

CONDITIONS

CONDITIONS Dated tickets 1-4 days can be cancelled and refunded up to 3 days before your chosen date (including the day of arrival, for example, if you have a ticket for 4 June, you have until midnight on 1 June to cancel). You can cancel your ticket online directly from the "My Bookings" section in your Disney Account. If you only wish to cancel part of your order, or if your confirmation e-mail says that your booking can only be cancelled by e-mail, please send an e-mail to: refund.ticket@disneylandparis.com within the cancellation period detailed above. The refund for your valid ticket will be processed as quickly as possible, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you wish to change your visit date, you will need to cancel your current ticket and purchase a new ticket for the desired visit date (subject to availability at booking depending on Park capacity). Please note that it is not possible to exchange your ticket via e-mail. If you wish to add ticket(s) to your order, you will need to make a new purchase for the desired visit date (subject to availability, depending on Park capacity, and at the price in effect at the time).
